It can be a tricky avenue to take in multiple markets but with enough research done in a particular area I think they could be quite profitable, especially creating veteran and elderly tiny home parks BUT they're also quite attractive to people my age (mid-late twenties) who want to get a leg up without paying crazy rents or mortgages.
