I grew up on Long Island, went to university in upstate New York, and have been living in NYC for the last 10 years, so I'm happy to provide as much local info as I can!

Like most rookies, I have a YouTube University degree and I've listened to hours of BP podcast.

I know the area pretty well and have good insight as my significant other goes to the university and currently rents in the area.

One was that when you decide to do something the universe will come together and assist you.

New builds in University Park or off the Tollway then you're paying $125-$150 a sq ft. because the homes are 3x or 4x more expensive.
