My question to you guys is, do you think yellow letters and red ink still work better than just writing with black ink pen on ruled notebook paper?

It was almost as good as the beard competition I went to at a rock hall here a couple months ago.I can't decide if I'm hung over from the beer or the sugar.

To handle this undertaking, I hired the highest certified home inspector to carefully review the foundation/crawl space, we ran a drone over the roofs and of course scoured the attics and walls for termite, black mold and asbestos.I then had the best roofers, plumbers, etc compare their findings to that of the inspector and had them submit bids for the work.My final step was to ask the town building inspectors to review the potential work and if they noticed any "red flags."

Most drivers here aren't glued to your bumper and they actually stop for red lights instead of barreling through them like they are color blind.  

Is this a red flag?? 

Perhaps some people have so much deal flow and too many investors to keep up with their own capital, but in general, this seems like at least a "yellow light" if not a red flag.

We are in a red hot market in the Southeast.  

We're naysayers now for pointing out what appeared to be red flags. 

Red Flags are going up.
