Lots of great info on the site…and the forums/ability to get near-instant feedback from experienced (and generous with their time) investors is fantastic. 

We have a 3 day minimum stay and do not do instant bookings.

Because you are offering a quick and the fact that humans tend to want instant gratification your offer is likely to be accepted even if it’s less than the others.

While receiving $43k in instant equity is AWESOME (congratulations on getting such a good deal) we would need to know what % of equity you have it in to determine if it's even possible. 

I guess because I keep talking and talking and talking on this forum (so-to-speak while I am actually writing) nobody is sitting next to me and actually listening and it after several hours of writing I get a weird feeling I think because I like it when people give instant feedback and I like to have constructive arguments.

@Mike Dorneman I'm new so let me reword what you said and you tell me if I'm saying it rightYou HELOC asap and don't draw on it until you need cash, in this way you don't have to pay interest until necessaryYou use as a bank that allows you to refi to arv value to pull equity and instantly repay HELOC.

But it doesn't mean just because the article was featured that I instantly had all this business. 

If you’re investing without instantly considering all 3 of those things this very moment, you deserve to get wiped off the board.

For my post, I was addressing the ability to instantly increase your cash flow for free over refinancing at cost if that is important to you.

For my investing preferences I learned a while ago that I wanted cashflow and instant equity (all while not having to compete with the public/retail buyers who shop the MLS).
