Keep Your Promises, to Yourself... and Others!

If your contractor partner is can't perform as promised or values his services too much you have others.

Simply walking away leaving the owner with nothing but broken promises is wrong in my book! 

Give him no more extensions, no matter what he says or promises.

Promised mentoring, homes that give returns that can be bought while at the Las Vegas intensive, money back guarantee etc etc etc, spend your $$$$ and get 0000, zero, goose eggs in mentoring, the promised homes that have built in returns and renters in them are sometime vacant; it is a scam and will cost tens of thousands of dollars for a notebook full of out dated material that the intensive says is worth every penny.

That is the easiest path to the promised land.

That's a mouthful:) On the surface it looks promising.

it is but really not that bad if you promise him a 20% annualized return.
