Promised mentoring, homes that give returns that can be bought while at the Las Vegas intensive, money back guarantee etc etc etc, spend your $$$$ and get 0000, zero, goose eggs in mentoring, the promised homes that have built in returns and renters in them are sometime vacant; it is a scam and will cost tens of thousands of dollars for a notebook full of out dated material that the intensive says is worth every penny.
