It's really a numbers game so I'm going to keep pushing and marketing as much as possible. 

But if anyone has good arguments for that, I'm all ears.The way I see it, they are customers.

in my area i'm looking at a cheap foreclosed lot with a burned out house needing removal. coincidentally I just saw an ad for low (ish) priced custom houses, available for 0 down if you have land.the way I see it, it's just finding numbers that work (thank you Bigger Pockets) can I get the land cheap?

If you know who wants to sell and who wants to buy, you'll have the makings of a game plan in place that is second to none.

Or just hand them over to those who got ripped off, BETTER YET let's bring back the gladiatorial games, pay per view sentencing.... 

Be a problem solver to your potential customers. 

And for sure on much bigger scale when I have flipped plats to national builders you can bet they are just waiting for us to not close.. and will swoop in.. its just part of the game.. win some lose some.. 

@Joshua @Joshua Savage WordPress can definitely work for implementing these features however for the best user experience a custom website would be best. 

It is not OK to brag about your non-existing inventory or customer base.
