As Adam mentions, for my notes that don't perform I prefer either doing a lease option on it and technically renting it out, or if rental market doesn't justify the landlording headache, doing a light rehab and selling.

I honestly feel as though sometimes I'm not moving quickly or that I can be doing more or taking on more and not realizing I have been able to accomplish task that wouldn't necessarily be deemed as "easy" or "for beginners" (I say this with the upmost humbleness) But I guess that feeling keeps making me push to new levels that have me look back and think wow.I really appreciate your comment and want you to know that it really did have a resounding effect on me
