Financially, I am fairly stable with strong credit (730+), and working a entry level tech recruiting job allowing me to save roughly a quarter of my salary after bills, entertainment, and etc.

You might get a few bruises along  the way but stay strong and in control.

All I'm gonna say about that is that given how strong our current real estate cycle is this time around, it is the perfect, rare opportunity to sell any properties that fit the Roofstock or HomeUnion profile.

KC has very strong economic and demographic fundamentals such as job growth, population growth, diverse industries etc. that continue to make it a strong market in my opinion. 

What advice would those give as far as how strong the Chicago market is for wholesaling? 

You want to become a hub in a network in which you provide value to your nodes, your strong links.

I would strongly advise against getting the loan originated in your name, and then transferring it subsequently to the LLC. 

one parcel I was in contract on I spent 3k on architectural plans during escrow and could not close.Again sorry for hijacking the thread there are not a lot of pilots on BP and when I saw Doug's avitar I had to comment you don't see many mic's in the cockpit these days..  

It’s a 6.5 CAP. not the highest but the area is strong, long term lease with baked in increases.
