It was a sad sad day when I got caught up with the podcasts and went from listening daily to weekly!  

Sadly I'll be out of town this day, but I look forward to hearing stories of anyone who attends! 

@Jenkins Ramon Thanks for the welcome :) @Brandon Turner I have read it already and listened to a few podcasts on the subject, I updated my keywords :) @Thomas BernotaI'm both sad and glad to hear that my initial research on our area is correct.

The sad part about that is, I am getting a paralegal degree, but now I am not interested in using it at all, real estate investing will be my next full time job.I hope this wasn't too long winded, and I look forward to talking to and learning from all of you.  

Money is a very emotional topic for me and I find it difficult to not feel sad for it.

I've personally known quite a few of the dream merchants and sadly, even taught for several of them.

I don't personally know Ohio but the seller put a lot of work into the property, it has a waiting list.the seller took out a private loan, last year the property was about 90% occupied but at that time they couldn't refinanced because of the market.then the foreclosure process started now there is red tape on the door and the property is going to be taken back by the end of august.also like i sad they owe 375 and i think 15k for two boilers

The sad thing is that people fall for this scam EVERYDAY!!!

Sadly enough the rebuild will stimulate the AB economy but the loses are still overwhelming.
