We absolutely do this, I never hire or invest in a company without doing my own due diligence.Again my apologies your out $4k and there are scum bags out there like thisKeep seeing if the state has a recovery program is another thing you can do.

Apologize, let them know your PM dropped the ball, pay the fine, make sure you are clear on the rules, and promise to be a better neighbor.
