Just take things one step at a time with a level head.

Camp#2 – Have credit cards to be used only as an ‘emergency’ – Don’t know about you but if you’re not able to make your payment for the roof over your head... that does constitute as a personal emergency.

However, there are reasons why Warren Buffett has never done a DCF (at least, a DCF spreadsheet rather than a simple DCF in his head) unlike just about every other (non-value) investor out there.

And so he was told he had to football thur our fourth and heading want to do that...but we are going to go thur the court  to do what we have to about all this if we can do any thing at all that is.. 

Trying to make sure that they are exhausting all efforts for them to receive money and explain how important it is for them to have a roof over their head right now is about all you can do.

Even financial projections don't count much either; the seller is not the one improving the building and we are likely heading into a depression.
