There's been one incident after another with noise, drunk driving, throwing trash in neighbors' lawns.

Residential tenants aren't going to want the noise and traffic from the warehouse user and the industrial tenant isn't going to want the hassle of complaining residents next door.Any chance that could be remedied by converting the warehouse to more residential units?

This is almost as bad as an elderly tenant I once had who complained of a lack of water in his washing machine and a loud clicking noise He had turned off the hot water.

Yesterday I got a call from a tenant telling me that his furnace would make an unusual noise when he turned on the AC the first time (yes, end of June - that's one of the perks of living in Wisconsin).

Specifically noise complaints.

I learn the hard way by just getting in there and grinding it out.

I know the only way to win is to go out and grind.  

I think his program is a good starting point, but there are also more advance course one could consider. for example @Nasar Elarabi  here you have someone who is actually active in the business and not distracted by the noise.

Without knowing what your goals are it's very easy to get lost in the noise of everything that revolves around real estate.  

Their complaints include noise from the floor above, stating they want the floors to be torn up and redone with superior soundproofing.
