I was wondering, in your opinion what is the best course/ licensing/ educational platform for a newbie investor.

I decided to send the lengthy explanation since they seemed to be new to the platform.

It is a great starting platform that explains everything.

While wealth does not necessarily equate to intelligence, there is still a logical explanation for why CA real estate prices are high - all these people cannot simply be gambling, right?  

There are many other sites that pull census data, like MN, but their platform is just so easy to use. 

With the ability to integrate other apps into my main platform, I enjoy being able to expand the capabilities.

.- I'm a very quick learner and have worked with and have adequate knowledge of a variety of software that includes: Hubspot (CRM), DocuSign, MailChimp, Adobe Editor, Dropbox, MS Office, MS Project, both Windows and Mac platforms, etc.

And deal with payroll if you don't want to gamble with $0 salary.I spoken to my US accountant regarding the house flipping partnership, but he's not specializing in real estate, he's doing taxes for my other activities, so he couldn't give me a confident answer.

Many people on this platform recommend house hacking to start, but realistically, I would not be able to really do that unless I moved out of the state, maybe the FHA loan, or just invest somehow in another state altogether.Thank you for taking the time to reply back.
