The end goal is to have something so we can leave behind even after the rehab is done. 1) change out locks when key is missing; Kwikset smart key, it can re-key seem to work fine.2) security system (monitoring or just stand alone) Camera would be nice.

I think a good wholesaler will have been a good flipper his/herself first so at least they have an experienced leg to stand on.... just my 2 cents...

It was a 3/1/2 had gravity fed heat for the first floor & no heat upstairs, it had one 3/4 bathroom (that a 6 foot tall person could not stand up in the shower) and it would need to be significantly remodeled.

This property is just one of those rare deals where the bank made a huge folly, and it probably took them a long time to realize what went wrong, especially when they could've seen that the property was suspiciously still standing two years later (the bank was very local).
