In such units you have the annual inspections and maintenance.By going in at different times with a help you out approach, it made a big difference in attitudes, allowed maint. guys to keep thier eyes open, while reducing annual inspections and repairs.There, you could knock and the maint. guy would just say something like...we have had some issues with the type of faucets you have, I'd like to add some new`washers if that's ok with you, so you won't have any problems later on.

You can always keep an eye out for a better Realtor. #3, those are the rules, you probably have a good method to get the seller to move, about the only benefit is the difference between having a SS rather than a foreclosure.

Well the former landlord has been keeping the eye on the property too as he is retired and he said everything is "cleaned out and looks the unit seems to have no damage beyond normal wear and tear".
