I love all the information and how it helps further my knowledge of real estate investing and it has furthered my dreams of getting into everything that investing in real estate has to offer.

As far as the seller asking $175k, not knowing very much about the park infrastructure and other metrics that price is a pipe dream to say the least.

Just as I start to think I am living the American Dream, my news feed gets completely overrun with how buying a house is the worst decision you could make, how terrible every vehicle on the market is and how much is wrong with 401k's.

@Kavin Kuykendall, I want to commend you on putting in the work to make your REI dream become a reality.

Homes over 500k are certainly not my specialty but from the market data I see the over 500k (and especially over 1MM) market continues to be a buyer's market.If this is absolutely your dream (2nd) home and you would be heartbroken if you lost it, make a higher offer. 

I then found my dream, or so I thought, property overlooking a river that I often fly fished at and the thing justed tanked and at one point it was valued at half of what I paid for it.
