There is a great deal he writes I vehemently disagree with and the reason we are in disagreement is he and I think about investing in two different models.

I don't disagree that having creative investing strategies under your belt is a good thing but you don't need to learn them first before doing rentals or vice versa for that matter.

And I am never a fan of using sweeping generalizations as I would disagree that "everyone" does anything.I am a fan of NLP and I have learned a lot from the "vague" tips at various seminars.Back on topic for this thread: In addition I have learned a lot at various seminars - Than's happens to be one of them - I found his 1 day to be very enjoyable and I learned somethings from it.
