You don't always get to choose.If they come back  at a later time and define him as an employee and you have not withheld taxes on him, they will go after you for it.Good Luck!

So to see if we can put this issue to bed, I'm requesting a formal opinion from the Board of Registration as to whether wholesaling - in the absence of a double-close - is a license required activity.I don't know how long it will take them to render an opinion, but whatever their reply, I'll post it on BP.I'm curious to see what their response is, since the board is not a court of law but an executive agency of defined authority.
