its for a investment. a property for a hotel in Uman, a citi that got very busy the last 20 years, with ortodox jews from usa, israel, & europe, & the busyist time is sep. that the avr. for a 2-3 star hotel "bed" (they gave alsa double beds becuose of the over fluinse) is $100 a night, I have their a bargein offer to got shares in a hotel who need to buy more land to grow. so I look for advice from people that have already experience in investing in ukraine.

The main property is a 2 bed 1 bath.

The property has two units a 2 bed 1 bath main house @ around 1400 sq ft which was built in the 1920s, and a 600 sq ft cottage with 1 bed and 1 bath.

The sick & tired of being sick & tired theory- that came from work I used to do with families that had lost their military member to a death.  

I furnished some with craigslisted twin beds and dressers (roughly $300), so my walls wouldn't get banged up on move in/out.

Also charity is not tax deductible as they were listed as beneficiary. so no tax savings after death.. tax savings could have been huge if give before.
