Based on the daily reports from the MLS, inventory is quite low in the sectors I'm filtering on, so I may need to adapt (and while I'm all for it, that's where myself and the partner with the cash diverge - so I'm considering getting pre-qualified/pre-approved for financing).I've done software development for 15 years, and an additional three as a project manager.

Foster is shown as a visitor everyday, he's been popping up along with a few others that are less noticeable off hand, but Foster hasn't posted for a month that I have seen, I doubt he gets on daily and goes to my profile, it's not that interesting.

Association fees are not cheap.I would suggest finding a investor friendly realtor that would allow you to look at the MLS or would print the information off for you.I own my own brokerage and South Carolina and it's much easier to have access to the MLS so that you can look at deals on a daily basis that comes on the market.You may want to check with your realtor to see if they can set you up on a multi daily email from your MLS that will send you the new listings that come on a daily basis automatically.
