Like others have said, street by street and worse neighborhood on the west side today.

Like I said this is our first property and it’s a special case since I use the portion of the house (in the bedroom) as my office and we rent out technically 3 bedrooms 2 baths to renters.

I’m focusing on markets like South Carolina (Columbia, Spartanburg, Greenville), Ohio (Akron), and Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh).

I suggest connecting with a few investor-friendly lenders to discuss financing options like rehab loans & hard money.

There is not a court in the country where something like that would stand up and be legal.

I then had to resync it all over again.Even QBO has sync issues but at the very least they make it very obvious that it isn't syncing lolI think the issues is more of a 3rd party that they use like Plaid and others

I would like to do a combination of both flips and rentals depending on what makes the most sense for the property location and needs.

The house has the master bedroom with a window that leads to an added enclosed room that looks like it was previously a sun-room.
