Most wholesalers are not waiting for sellers to find them online which knowing you will have a brand new site, this will take a long time to be found by sellers.I think you should spend a few bucks working on direct mail and going after possible sellers to specific lists.

Why Fannie makes a distinction between an LLC and a Corp / Sub S, I don't know and it seems odd to me, but so long as I can clear my borrowers slate and do a brand new 10 conventional loans for them at great rates, sounds good to me!!!

Too many local builders are cranking out 2500sqft brand new homes for 200k.I wouldn't count on any profit from the house to be blunt.
