While managing those rentals would take time/effort, financially atleast there is not much risk or pressure from a financial institution. ( Remember for the house i lived in, I was comfortable to pay my mortgage, thats a different kind of pressure and at times you need that to make some effort to improve ourselves). 2.

I'm looking at options, and might use a combination of that and great stuff in any little cracks, light fixtures etc to reduce the flow of air from the room to the attic.

New geothermal furnace 2013(warranty transferable (heat in winter air conditioner in summer) with hot water assist,jetted tub, 1 4pc bath I 2pc en-suite 1 2pc( toilet,sink) in laundry basement, New flooring in bedrooms 2013!

There were lots of pressures from lots of directions that caused issues.

The only way I could imagine caving is somebody putting a lot of concentrated pressure right on the small area of the grout line.Still getting a bunch of mixed responses though.

We will add central air and new furnace, and electrical panel in 2024 or 2025...so some upgrades needed, none urgent.

If your capital is secured for a longer time and there is no time pressure, go for it.

I think there may be something in the air here.......
