All goes according to plan my fiancé will have a real estate license by the end of October and I will start my next full time job on Oct, 8th.I am concerned about my eligibility to obtain a loan and would like to know if anybody has advice on how they would go about tweaking numbers by paying down debt and lowering the down payment to lower the Debt to income ratio to get approved or if they think I sound like I’m in a sound position.

Look like the closing will be coming up soon.I was concerned that after all the time and effort and expense that went in so far to get up to this point that the seller was going to be able to pull some excuse on me about how they couldn't work with me due to 2008 purchase price, or just not respond to my request for concession and make me have to fold up and walk away.I'll keep everyone posted on the final outcome mid October

For example we use a company that services our AC units and HVAC once a year for $195 (highly suggested by the way) and with that service we get priority on appointments, 10% off all services and regular (instead of surged) pricing if we have something that needs to be addressed after hours, on the weekends or holidays.
