I am not sure how to phrase this question, the county record for a rental I am selling is incorrect, it does not have the correct square footage for a permitted addition, and the number of bedrooms is listed as three instead of four.

The broker at first said he couldn't relist, but he was incorrect since it was limited to an escrow dispute, and I had to find past legal precedent before he would relist.You have no claim to the EM, from what you've posted this far.

We have had several deals fall apart at the closing due to bank mismanagement - typical scenario is that the bank manager attending the closing is from a different bank department than that which handled the paperwork prep and the bank finds it's own paperwork incorrect or inadequate.
