If you are already doing a good amount of business there's nothing wrong with a VA assuming you can train them to operate at the same capacity/skill level. 

I also don't like how long it takes for the checks to clear I do use the free version and takes about 5 business days to clear. 

Tampa has MacDill airforce base, several universities, and Moffitt Cancer Center.Not sure as sure about what big businesses Orlando offers to be fair on this one.

Set up Google My Business - also name your business on Google Maps "XYZ's House!"

Make sure you're working with a reputable business and double check they have insurance.

@Priti GuptaYes, from an accounting and tax return preparation standpoint it is better to have a business bank account and a business credit card from the beginning if you plan on collecting rent.
