Hi All,Am planning on doing to hefty electrical work on one of my properties and received a Bid of about 4k from an electrician name Ronald Lombardi.

Anyone have a good electrician they would be willing to recommend for a rehab I'm working on in San Antonio, TX? 

Same with the HVAC the plumber the electrician .. these guys all are successful and I can tell U they would never do small rehab work..

I said change the bulb  he does and says it must be electrical.. so I have my electrician come over.. ( free since he works on all our new construction) he comes back and says problem solved it requires 3 bulbs I replaced them and there you go.. 

Along with a complete electrical replacement, I dug a trench and had my electrician install a new underground service.

Even though you have the general plan, which got you the permit, you have to have the detailed plan which is what the engineers and plumbers and electricians do so that the city knows everything was done up to code.

We keep some on staff due to this but what I have outside of that (that I really trust) is a foundation guy, plumber, electrician, irrigation, and HVAC.
