Recently we conducted an inspection of the property and discovered my renters were growing pot in the basement.  

It's super inconvenient to only be able to cook with one pan at a time. 

Dealing with grow ops can be extremely dangerous and it may be hard to convince someone to put their money in POT.

Mold like cat pee is a investors pot of gold.

@Justin Harding - I did some groundwork on the tax delinquency list for Cook County earlier this year. 

There is none for credit score my Friend .  .Only in Chicago , Cook county , and Now Naperville is there a protected Class for Income .If you use all your tools properly the score is a not the major factor ; All the other criteria jump out and it's clear that this said tenant is a x credit score because they can manage there credit and bills !!!

Good cooks will cook better than me.

They eat out much more than they cook.

Lord only knows what kind of crazy laws they can cook up regarding real estate.

If the B&B has hired staff for cleaning or cooking, the facility is no longer a B&B, but is a Hotel.
