Are you provide any authority or case precedence for your position? 

Such re-routing potentially creates problems with the state real estate regulations, with the IRS, with the state tax authorities, and/or with professional insurance.

There is such a thing as vicarious liability and apparent authority .

You could also keep an eye on what is going on back there, so that if someone is starting to have too much fun back there you could give them a call or other authorities if necessary. 

I would call the El Dorado County Housing Authority and ask for an exact amount.

I run from anyone speaking in terms of "my team," or "assemble your team" as author David Greene apparently advises.

Think of it this way, by having 3 markets, you'll have 3 PM's, 3 different tax authorities, water, trash, electric, gas companies with different accounts... it can be a bear if you don't already have systems in place. 

However, it has now been over 4 months, and I'm having a hard time communicating with the case workers or anyone at the Housing Authority of SLC.Initially I was just ignored, and then when they started emailing me (they're all working remotely, so there's no way to go in to an office, and they don't have phones to use for either apparently!)
