More info on my business is at our web site, but I dont know what the protocol is for posting such info here...We are based in Forest Hills NY so Long Island and the 5 boroughs are a major focal point for us.Also have a separate business that sponsors, structures and invests in multi-family properties focused on current yield and reasonable asset appreciation.Looking forward to learning more about this platform.

Don't panic don't go blow money on attorneys these contracts call for EM to the extent of liquidated damages. don't let any one scare you here.. the bully seller is just blowing smoke. you may lose your EM but that would be the extent of it..
