I have a degree in Engineering Technologies from Texas State, and have worked in the construction atmosphere throughout school, and after graduation. 

I understand that with technology and a good team behind you it's possible to purchase a house in any market.

This is large enough that it is not a 1 man show and there should be some reach with more technology and channels etc but small enough you know everyone there. 

The city is trying to  starting technology triangle within the city with local colleges and IBM.

I'd think the Columbus market was quickly growing with all the hospital and technology investments happening around the area.

My construction and investment companies have technology that allow our out-of-state and international investor partners to check out their properties online, in real-time, and view the status of their rehabs or check out their properties prior to purchase, but that's pretty rare.

There is no current technology that can produce drinkable water from sea water at a cost that makes it even close to being a viable source for agriculture (unless you include MJ as ag).

They aren't that far on the forefront of technology. 

As consumers and users of all the new technology, we are used to instant responses and never think about the guy who has the job at the lending institution. 

I am going to focus exclusively on becoming an expert in using technology to help real estate investor do more deals.
