Bought my first property about a month ago and trying to figure out what’s the best app that’s like a One stop shop. for collecting rent while also having a lease agreement through the app.

(I’m using the app so I can’t read the post and write a response at the same time).

For example, when I arrive at a property, open app or program, click send to this address, etc.I need something more targeted and efficient than writing cards to the owner.

OK, am a landlord in the other Portland and this is not that egregious.I guess app fees are a profit center now is about it.I understand it's one more rule after another.  

I just got my first Duplex and now I have to collect rent. I'm new to the landlord game and I'm looking for a place online my tenants can go to and pay their rent. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
