I’m guessing you got a wide range of prices because You did not put together a Detailed and Complete scope of work. 

(Books, videos, conferences, etc.)Honestly, read widely at first.

I might also add that the adjacent lot had a single wide on it and was removed shortly after.

I am not aware of the potential cash flow currently of these investments and I am sure they vary widely.

You would have to go to a local bank and obtain a portfolio loan, to borrow in an entity, and local banks will not do these as long-term fixed rate loans.I assume your angle is to try and get more long-term fixed rate conventional loans.
