If they've only been there for about a year and the place already looks like this (pretty bad from what you describe), imaging another year?

This is great for saving the images into a desktop folder and not having to scan Multiple checks or receipts.

Does the store appear run down on the outside and inside or did the corporation just put a bunch of money into (re-imaging the store)??

They meet every Wed morning and they have around 40-60 regular attendees and they provide great content and great networking and have a speaker every week.

So you end up building equity in all of the homes to borrower down the road for more investment properties, Wedding, New Baby, etc!
