Yes, the margins are a little less than being very hands on with an Airbnb, but they handle thousands of properties probably just like the one you are looking for.

I'm sure there must be a reason you are picking a place thousands of miles from home to invest (not what I would suggest) but - I would travel to the area, spend a couple of days getting to know the place, and attend a REIA meeting to meet some fellow investors before I'd through a bunch of money at it.

Then instead of half a dozen or dozen buyers you have to weed through and determine if they really have money or not...will really close or not....you open the market to hundreds or a thousand potential motived buyers
