I've never understood that and I have always had an independent agent I can run things by without fear they will raise rates just for asking the question, if I ever felt otherwise I would find a different insurance company and/or agent. 

This doesn't take into account the possibility of completely losing the initial investment, and then the possibility of any repercussions of that such as bankruptcy, etc.Maybe I read you completely wrong, but if I understood you correctly, I completely disagree with your thinking. 

Of course their are industry nuances that need to be understood but I spend FAR less time running my storage business than I ever did running my real estate business.
