@Michael ChiltonI’m a #newbie ...but what they say in the book on rental property investing is that multifamily 4 unit and below are treated like a residential property by banks, and are analyzed based on comps rather than their earning potential... so hopefully that bank would view it the sameA few people have mentioned to me using luana bank as being fairly investor friendly, so they might be a place you could have a conversation with a loan officer and see if they’re familiar with what you’re trying Good luck!
