I am not sure why the a-coil is missing, but should I have the condenser tested and see if it works and just install the parts I need?

The keyword is "undetectable," so not testing out the system to identify an obvious issue would result in a denied claim. 

Since I was in Texas and planned on staying there, I found out that I was qualified to take a test and get a real estate broker license so I took the test and got my license.  

I did not study and take my test and all my CE for the 3 states I have brokers licenses in and my NMLS mortgage bankers license to have to compete with newbies with no training and no licenses.
