You just need to realize that everything is going to be more expensive to rehab with long distance investing.

So, if you created the QOF a month after your realized your capital gains from the sale of stocks, then you can defer those capital gains for 2020. 

And realize that “Destin” generally extends east into Crystal Beach, Miramar Beach, Sandestin, 30A, Rosemary Beach, and I’d even consider Panama City Beach as an up and coming opportunity!

From working in tight spaces that I can barely get into to working off of 16' ladders and scissor lifts outside in the middle of winter, these last 10 years have opened my eyes and made me realize that there is so much more to life than what I'm currently living.
