Hi BP Community,I would like to upgrade my Air BnB locks to WiFi Smart Locks where I can remotely change the codes for the guests.

Smart acquisitions that have a value add or good rent to cost ratios (in San Diego 0.75% is good and 0.7% is pretty good) can be profitable with shorter holds.  

The biggest lesson learned is that a long-distance BRRRR project can be done mainly due to technological advance and information available through sites like BP, books and networking available through the site.

A PM will pretty much suck all the profit right out of your investment.We use the Schalge Smart Connect locks on our home.

This technology has been around for a couple years now, but coronavirus has given the mass population an excuse to finally put this home style working life into the main screen.

Obviously I'd love for it to go into the cash flow but want to play it smart and get everyone's opinion.

Mostly I was trying to gauge other's opinions if it was even a smart thing to borrow more from the EIDL loan.  

I agree with @Joshua Strickland, Smart BNB is the way to go.

I'm currently on pace to make 1M+ from my investments in the company and that capital will be accessible once an IPO occurs (I could sell on the private market but that wouldn't be a smart idea financially).
