Hey friends!  I'm going to preface this post by saying I'm not an economist and only bring to the table what 10 yrs in real estate finance and investing, in a non analyst position, offers.  I'm no expert.   That said,...

I’ve seen that service advertised for $400 and up, which is nuts, considering, in the case of a lease-option, it doesn’t include the criminal background check, eviction check, previous landlord checks, visit to current rental, and probably not the employment verification a smart landlord does.

I pride myself as a problem solver and leader, and I hope that I can find other ambitious, smart, and professional people to network with.  

I knew I was always going to get into real estate (it's just a part of my family and my dad is an electrician by trade), so for me, getting a construction management degree was the natural choice.

I have about half that amount in cash, but it would not my first choice to go cash poor doing this.
