I don't worry about trying to appease them because they'll never qualify as a client/tenant of mine anyhow, and anyone who would be my tenant can likely see past that nonsense.Personally, my only absolutes are NO evictions ever and no recent utility collections.

I chose the S&P because it has way more stocks than the Dow and greater name recognition than the Wilshire and serves the point as being passive and for RE investing to make sense to me the RE must return significantly greater return than a passive option.
