Looking at the early numbers on holiday season retail spending, that seems like a long way off.

If the jacuzzi tub is a desired feature, then I would think that the renter/buyer would take darn good care of it because they desire it and they want to use it for relaxation and de-stressing.

Slow season may be $85 a night holidays may be $110+ a night.

I'm also told the inspection requirements will be much more relaxed than FHA but I haven't reached that part of the process yet so no personal comment.  

Aslong as your mortgage not including PITI can be covered, just relax and get the house.

You have several MAJOR holidays coming up.  

I also do not have many official flips under my belt, therefore, I have been rejected by a few lenders due to that.Can anyone offer advice on how to finance this project and/or lenders that might have more relaxed lending requirements?
