I think he just means any random portfolio lender (i.e, "Bank A" versus "Bank B")...I was confused about that at first as well...  :-)To answer the OP's question...

@John Underwood thanks for the response john, really interesting with Facebook Marketplace as I've tried my hand in it but was getting a lot of Random interest that seem to have been a lower quality than I would have expected or desired.Can I ask, when you say groups what do you mean by that?

Currently only the cleaning company comes and cleans the individual bedroom after move outs and inspections are done twice a year or if I'm randomly just in the unit.

I'd trust that more than some random cabin, any day of the week.
