but i think for just pure cash flow  the Dalles might make sense you have the big cloud computing center there etc.. so you get a lot of over flow from the folks that work for the Boeing subsidiary in Hood River.. they make the drones.

Pure investment properties need more like 20-25%  I recommend going to a mortgage broker, versus a specific bank because a broker can shop across a lot of lenders.

There were hardwood floors under all of the carpet, and I had the carpet and padding ripped out, floor sanded down to the pure wood, and stained with polyurethane to protect.

As purely investment, it doesn't make as much sense to me as other areas that own (primarily North central MD and South central PA), but.....we ski a lot and would use a ski place 4-5 weekends in the winter (we're about 4 hrs away).
