I was doing a lot of the work myself, but im running out of hours in the day, and would prefer to starting building a team of people who are experts at what they do.  

We prefer a "mid-sourced" model, bringing in local expertise where experienced local knowledge is key: for example Property Management, Contractors, Real Estate Agents, etc.

Hello - I am looking for recoomendations of a commercial real estate attorney in nj who is familiar with 1031 exchanges, preferably in Monmouth, ocean, or middlesex county.  

The small town aspect does not scare me as that is the kind of community I prefer to live in and know many others that are the same.As a side note when trying to find tenants, what are the best advertising methods?

I am considering multi unit, single unit, portfolio from an investor, off-market properties or joining a syndicate; preferably less than 30 year old properties (interested in class B and above)

I agree with Darrin but, overall I prefer 2 br units over 1 bedroom.
