In many states (and again, I'm not sure about Tennessee), they have to personally serve you, which means they must physically hand you court documents.

Yes you should be able to change the time as long as all parties agree, but in my experience you don't have to be physically present at the minute a sale closes (maybe it is different where you are buying).

I just have my agent there put me in the e mail up date daily on listings if I see one I like I then will ask questions I will have MY GC run by and look see.. and if we want it I simply have my agent do the paper work.. if your expecting the agent to physically take you to all these houses then your not dealing with reality.

I am conducting research to investigate how technology can be utilised for streamlining the due diligence and buying process from the comfort of our homes/offices.I’d like to leave you with this question and kindly request your thoughts:Would you consider submitting an offer for a property located in another part of the world without physically viewing the property, but instead using tools such as your devices to conduct virtual tours and local representatives to validate the property?
