A jack of all trades, master of none is definitely the philosophy I've seen with many unsuccessful realtors.It only took me 15 years to find my specialty!

My question is how can i now copy that lead from the door knocking app i made and duplicate it into my master contact list so i can keep all of them together under one app. 

We have one in a house where the master bathroom has only a large shower (no tub).

Master okay.  

I have a joint venture and should be starting another pretty soon, so even though I have a Master's degree in Accounting myself, my area of expertise isn't tax and I would like a professional's advice on how my situation will play out with taxes.Thank you in advance!

acquisition: $1.2M, 1,600 SF single family house development costs: $1.3M (inclusive of all construction, consultants, permitting, bank fees / interest, prop tax, insurance, utilties etc). sales costs : ~$250k (incurred upon sale only - broker fees, transfer tax, staging, closing costs)time / carry:acquired Jan 2015expected completion May 2017. finished product: 2 new construction luxury condo units, 2 floors each:Lower unit - 2,250sf - 3 bed, 2.5 bath - one car garage spot (side by side) - deeded entire backyard (approx 1,000sf)Upper unit - 2,250sf - 4 bed, 3.5 bath - one car garage spot (side by side) - two large decks (master bed and living room) plus deeded ~500sf roof deck with nice views spanning bernal hill to sutro.

Once you have made it rich and have money to burn bad debt has no effect and you can waste as much money on it as you please.If you want to start investing while still carrying bad debt you have not yet mastered personal fascial responsibility and will/could fail as a result.Once you prove you have the discipline to eliminate bad debt you are on the right path to successful investing.No bad debt, good credit and cash are the winning formula anything else is a roll of the dice.

My plan/goal is to get comfortable with or master the wholesaling strategy before moving on to other real estate strategies and build a multi-million dollar real estate empire!
