Our passion to create wealth and income with real estate never died so we decided that she could continue on with our efforts full time while I work supporting the both of us and our endeavors.

It's less work when you have a natural passion for a strategy versus doing another because you read about people who make money doing the other strategy. 

I'm definitely more on the Engineering side, and also have a passion for Business.

You need to get really good at:-Telling your story-Presenting your "resume"-Showing your passion/drive-Selling people on why they should give you their hard earned money

Someone that works with investors and understand the investor "state of mind".One that know how to close deals by been creative and experienced and not blocking them.Motivated and passionate about  what he/she does.Willing to work with foreigners investors (I'm from Israel)preferred if he / she is a lawyer and notary.Thanks.

Thought i would add to this post as its something I'm pretty passionate about lately.  

As far as being an agent, I would only pursue that if it's a passion of yours.
