All of a sudden that "Stress Test" is going from green, to yellow, skipping orange and throwing RED RED RED.

We've spent the last few years researching the areas of Orange County that are easiest to build in (as far as permits, etc.), researched the various markets in those areas, and feel comfortable with what we've found out.

Low and behold, when we started chasing wires, we found orange home depot extension cords connecting the electrical panel to outlets.

I just finished my first rehab in Orange County and will be listing soon too.

Even if you can find a "deal" for a $350,000 lot in Orange County, the house is going to be $1,000,000 or more!

Right now I'm studying for my real estate license as suggested by BP blog for beginner.I heard that Orange County is one of the tougher market so I'm looking for a mentor for sure.
